Condensate Drain Valve

With the winter months bearing down on us fast, it's time you made sure that your heating source is working properly and is up to date on its maintenance. In condensate drain valve arrangements described in published United Kingdon patent application No. 2038032A as for use in steam systems, sensing elements for insertion in the steam systems for triggering electronic circuits for controlling operation of the drain valves of the arrangements are electrical sensing probes operated in dependence upon condensate being present, or not present, at the level of the probe.
We stand behind our products and services and beside our customers during planning, installation, and maintenance. These drains operate only when a sufficient quantity of condensate is present. Along draintrap with that, a team of vendor's quality controllers perform tests on these sensing drain valves to seek out any fault in it. We offer these sensing drain valves in different sizes and market prices.

If, due to the pipe layout, this steam cannot be displaced, it will prevent the condensate that is forming upstream of the steam reaching the drain valve, which therefore remains closed, and hence the condensate is not discharged, or rather it is not discharged until, in time, the steam in the steam lock condenses and the drain valve opens again.
The times of two seconds and ten minutes are examples only, but it will be appreciated that the intervals between successive valve openings as determined by the monitoring circuit 24A will be selected to be longer than the minimum intervals as determined by the remainder of the circuit 24 as a whole so that the effect of the monitoring circuit 24A is to give a valve opening effect in the event that the interval between successive valve opening operations brought about by the remainder of the circuit 24 exceeds a predetermined maximum.
By bring about valve opening at least at these predetermined maximum intervals, the monitoring circuit 24A can bring about release of steam that is causing a steam lock, or can give some measure of condensate discharge if some mal-function is preventing this happening in normal manner.

At the conclusion of a timing cycle, and until initiation of the next timing cycle, timer circuit pin (3) is at zero volts and the transistors and solid state switches generally referenced 32 in the electronic circuit 24 switch the coil 31 to its energised condition.
On AliExpress, great quality, price and service comes as standard - every time. This condensate, if not drained properly, will damage equipment and decrease the overall efficiency of your compressed air system. However, I recommend brass valves, as they last the longest and can handle much higher temperatures than a composite or plastic drain valve.
This durable brass drain cock lets you drain water from your air compressor to prevent tank damage. One contributor to the inefficient use of compressed air, which can increase cost, is the condensate drain. The invention is particularly concerned with a condensate drain valve for draining condensate from a steam system.

Manufacturer of a wide range of products which include automatic condensate drain valves. Timer drains are electrically operated units in which an adjustable timer periodically opens a valve to remove accumulated condensate. Commonly manual drains are left partially open which is effective at ensuring condensate is continuously removed but the negative is that it will also constantly leak compressed air as well.
Time-controlled solenoid valves also cause compressed air losses. Condensate that is not drained will carry through the system causing premature wear and tear which will reduce the lifespan of components leading to higher maintenance costs. We recommend using two structurally different valves-the master valve (primary valve) and the slave valve (secondary valve)-as a pair, the former for full closure and the latter for regulating drain discharge.
A condensate drain is a type of valve used to drain condensate. There is likely to be different pressures at these two points and because air will take the path of least resistance, the lower pressure side will not get drained. 1 consists of an electrical sensing probe 20 inserted in a condensate drain line 21 of the steam system upstream of a solenoid operated condensate drain valve 22 and so as to be electrically insulated from the wall of the drain line.
